I started this blog because I take WAY to many pictures and I cant keep up with putting them all in albums. This way I can keep an on going "scrap book" of my little ones lives. My hope is to someday print these out and make each of them a book of their childhood. Heres for you Kendal and Benjamin!!!!

The missing piece...

Saturday March 20th we welcomed home our missing piece, Uncle Kolin!! I guess you could say Uncle Kolin or Daddy, brother or son. Kolin was in Korea for more than a year. We had a welcome home party for him where he met his daughter for the first time. It was an extremely emotional moment for a few people. (wink) She is a beautiful little girl. It's been precious and hilarious at times watching him learn the ins and outs of being a daddy. I am so happy for my husband to finally have his brother home! He only has one sibling and there's totally a void in his heart when he doesn't have him around. We love you Kolin and we are so glad you're home!!!

Like a hole in the head!

Kenny and I are sitting in the living room watching American Pickers (good show) trying to hear it over Kendal and Ben running around like a bunch of crazy people. I hear crash and a blood curdling scream from the kitchen and run out there to see Ben on the floor and Kendal looking as if she had just seen a ghost. Turns out he was either pushed or tripped and his head landed on the corner of an open drawer in the kitchen. I picked him up and looked at his head and the blood just started pouring out! I covered it with a washcloth trying to get it to slow down and eventually it did. We debated taking him to the hospital for bit and ultimately decided not to, neither of us wanted to see him being tortured just for 2 or 3 stitches. I had to shave his head because the hole is right at his hairline and I was ripping his hair out trying to change bandages. So in the end we have a hole on a bald head and a bandage the size of Texas. Scared the crap out of mommy!!!

CAtch up!

Just a few to catch up..
We have Kendal and Ben playing in the back yard. So cold and snowy. Ben had a love/hate relationship with the snow. Benjamin watching Buz and Woody while holding his Buz and Woowy (how he says it). Landon and I trying to get a good picture together. He looks just like his daddy. :)
