Kenny

Kenny is 31 and 3 months.  (giggle)

Kenny loves his family, his job, playing the drums, technology of any kind, the Simpsons, Metallica (ew), laughing and making people laugh.


Kenny is a perfect dad and the kids have so much fun with him.


He loves being a daddy and is so proud of both of his children, he wants the kids to call him "Daddy" and gets sad when one of them calls him "dad". 

 Kenny over thinks everything, worries way too much and is unbelievably stubborn. 

Kenny knows how to make me happy on the worst of days, he's an awesome husband and without a doubt my best friend! 

Benjamin Adam Kolin Jones!

Benjamin is 2 years and 8 months

He is STILL not potty trained and has no desire to be.

He is a darn fine example of a terrible two year old but the most loving and cuddly little boy ever ...when HE wants to be.

Benjamin loves Buzz Lightyear the absolute most but anything to do with Toy Story is top notch in his book.

He has a favorite blanket and any other blanket at bedtime is flat out unexceptable, he loves to read books, loves to take baths, loves his sister and mocks everything she does.

Oh and I could watch this boy dance for hours, he is extremely entertaining!!

Kendal is 5 yrs and 4 months.

She is mind boggling smart.

She loves drawing (still), dancing, music, gymnastics, Mario Cart on the Wii, posing for pictures, Icarly, Justin Bieber and helping mom clean. She absorbs information like no child I have ever known.

She is very competitive and loves to ask questions about every and anything.  Last question was on different kinds of tape and why they are used. Scotch tape, duct tape, electrical tape, etc..  totally random and I love it!

Things Kendal does NOT like are: Mommy brushing her hair, mommy picking out her clothes, mommy making her eat veggies, bedtime, wearing pants while she sleeps and wearing a winter coat because it's "not comfy!"

For the last time, NO I did not have twins!

They are 4 days apart...only one is mine...no they are not twins!! =) Cute indeed!

5 YEAR OLD ROCK STAR?!

We decided to break tradition this year and NOT have a huge family party, but instead have a rockin slumber party with friends! And rock out we did!

The friends were Neve, Lauren, Jaelei, Ella, Kaylene and Rebecca.

We opened presents, did crafts, made sundays and of course played with glowsticks and danced to Miley Cyrus!

I was exhausted and Not looking forward to the mess but it was soooo worth it. These girls were so good and had so much fun, I think we will be doing this again next year.

OK so now my personal venting....My only daughter is 5 already and although, I will survive, it makes me sad! I just wonder where the last 5 yrs have gone. I think that I feel another 10 yrs older every birthday she celebrates! I would be totally happy if she were to stay a baby forever! I notice everyday how much she is changing ....breaks my heart but also makes me incredibly proud to be her mommy.

Kendal, you amaze me with just how smart you already are. I know that you will change lives someday. I know that you will be there for someone who needs you. I know that you will achieve and surpass all of your goals. I know that you will make us proud and I know that you will enjoy life to its fullest! You are my baby girl and always will be...I love you!

I have been without a computer for a while.....my excuse... I'm not sure if he was listening for the ocean as if these snack bowls were seashells or what but its super duper cute of him!

Birthday party and first sleep over!!!

This weekend we attended Ella's 5Th birthday party!! I cant believe she is 5 already, that means Kendal will be 5 VERY soon!! So we had been hanging for a few hours and were just packing up to head home when Kendal started begging to spend the night! WOW, Kendal has only ever stayed with her grandparents. It was a huge deal for us/her and I'll admit a little sad. She totally stayed all night, we didn't even get a phone call!! What is next...slumber parties with her BFFs? Oh dear my baby girl is growing up!!! Kendal you are such a big girl! Love you! Happy 5Th birthday Ella!!!
